Chandler LeCroy Obituary
LeCroy, a 24-year-old citizen of Athens, departed from this life on Sunday, January 15, 2023. Though she was born in Hall County, Georgia on June 8, 1998, to Larry and Christy Chapman LeCroy, she has lived most of her life in Toccoa.

She graduated from Stephens County High School in 2016. Chandler participated in the school’s inaugural Region Championship Competition cheer squad, which placed in the top ten in the State Competition, while she was a student at SCHS. Even after graduating, Chandler continued to be a committed and passionate cheerleader.
She graduated from UGA with a master’s degree in 2020. She worked for the University of Georgia Bulldogs team as a recruitment analyst. We had never met a bigger Georgia Bulldogs supporter than Chandler.
She spent several hours engaging in recruitment activities, which included entertaining potential candidates, creating personalized cards for families, selecting locations that showcased her exceptional taste, planning recruiting events, and more. Georgia was the center of everything she created and planned.
She had the ability to make each prospective customer and their family members feel like members of her own family. It was evident how passionate she was about the current Georgia Bulldogs football team.
She intended to support the program in whatever way she could by devoting as much of her daily time to it. But her responsibilities didn’t end there. She had a duty to assist everyone in the facility who required assistance, including the defensive and offensive support staff, food, equipment, operations, and anything else.
