A guy has been killed after being shot in the parking lot of an apartment building in the Penn Hills neighborhood.
At around 3:11 in the morning, the parking lot of Penn Towers, which is located in the 11000 block of Frankstown Road, was the location of a shooting that was reported to Allegheny County police.
According to the police, emergency personnel located a male, age 42, who had been shot many times when they arrived.

On the spot, a medical examiner determined that the man had passed away.
Detectives assigned to homicide cases started an investigation.
