A serious multi-vehicle collἰsion in Melbourne’s southeast has left several persons ἰnjured, including a toddler and an infant.
After the six-car crἀsh that occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. in Frankston, three additional people were sent to the hospital, where they remained in stable condition during their stay.
Police say that the accident has closed both sides of Cranbourne-Frankston Road near the Peninsula Link. Injurἰes to the upper body were sustained by a male in his late teens, two women in their 20s, and one woman in her 60s who were all sent to the hospital.

After incurring ἰnjuries and abrasions as a result of the incident, a female toddler and a baby boy were sent to the Monash Medical Centre for treatment.
At the closed intersections, police are directing traffic and telling cars to use McLelland Drive, Skye Road, and Karingal Drive.
The Department of Transport has told drivers to stay away from the area as much as possible and take the Western Port Highway, Ballarto Road, and Frankston-Dandenong Road to get around it. Police said that the road will be closed until they finish their probe.
