How Much Of Magic Mike 3 Is Based On Actual Events?

Tatum’s early career in Hollywood as an actor in films like Step Up and 22 Jump Street and in comedies like She’s the Man led many to speculate that this picture was very loosely based on his time spent as a stripper.
The now-father of one began his working life as a stripper in Tampa, Florida when he was just 18 years old. This is the only shared experience between Lane and Tatum.
Tatum, who has been candid about his history, recently told Entertainment Tonight that he plans to have “that conversation” with his daughter Everly, who is nine years old when she is “old enough to see” the Magic Mike flicks.
According to Tatum, “Dad didn’t just do them in movies, I was a genuine stripper” is a topic he’ll have to talk up at some point. I will not deceive her.
After its successful run in Las Vegas, Nevada, Tatum announced in 2018 that Magic Mike Live will be coming to London. Success has followed the production to Berlin, Germany, and Sydney, Australia.
