Last Of Us Episode 9 Release Date

Last Of Us Episode 9 Release Date And Time Allotted For Episode 9 Of “The Last of Us”

It appears that Joel and Ellie will make it to the Fireflies after eight episodes in which characters we were beginning to adore either left or died. The Last of Us’s two protagonists eventually makes it to a place where a vaccine can be developed. Yet, as every program viewer knows, nothing is ever simple.

Be ready to join the club of individuals who argue the conclusion if you’ve never played the game and have avoided spoilers. Bella Ramsey, who plays the protagonist in the series, told Vogue UK that the last episode would be contentious.

“It’s going to divide people massively – massively.”

Those who have played the game will likely be prepared for the subsequent development. Something one of the characters does will surprise some viewers but not others. It’s been almost a decade, yet whether or not that character ultimately made the correct choice is still hotly debated.

Since the video game was turned into a TV show, people have been talking about what they would do if they were in the same circumstances.

We’re down to the wire, with next week’s penultimate episode broadcast on HBO and streaming on HBO Max before the season finale. You may expect it to air at times listed below.

Last Of Us Episode 9 Release Date

This Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on HBO and HBO Max, the ninth episode of The Last of Us will premiere. The series finale will air at 2 a.m. GMT on Sky Atlantic on March 6, 2023, and for those with an Entertainment Pass, it will be available to stream on NOW the following day. Season 1 will conclude with this new episode, but a second season has already been ordered.

The Last Of Us News also covered the release date of episode 9 on Twitter:

Season 9’s title, “Look for the Light,” alludes to Ellie and Joel’s quest throughout the show to find the band Fireflies. As for whether or not they joined the revolutionary movement before the end of the first season, that remains to be seen. The season finale will be directed by Ali Abbasi again and written by The Last of Us writers Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann.

Fans of the critically acclaimed video game franchise from Naughty Dog, on which the program is based, will know that there is plenty of material still to explore. While it’s debatable whether or not that can be accomplished in a single additional season, if The Last of Us Season 2 continues the series’ momentum from the first season, the franchise’s future looks promising.
