Sage Moonblood Stallone, better known as “Stoney” Stallone, was an American actor, director, producer, and distributor. Having an actor father like Sylvester Stallone helped him gain more fame. The film distribution company Grindhouse Distribution was founded in part by him.
The late actor co-founded this organization with film editor Bob Murawski; they specialize in restoring exploitation and low-budget features.
Sage Stallone Cause Of Death
Authorities have determined that heart disease was to blame for Sage Stallone, Sylvester’s late son.
Following Stallone’s tragic passing on 13 July 2012, the Los Angeles County coroner released the official cause of death. According to the autopsy and comprehensive toxicology report, the victim died of atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. The drug test was negative, he said, except for a “sub-therapeutic” amount of hydrocodone, better known under the brand name Vicodin.
When he mourned the loss of his kid, Sylvester Stallone said: “It’s incredibly challenging. It’s a terrible circumstance, but you have to attempt to get through it because, ideally, things will get better with time.”
After his son Sage’s untimely death at age 36, Sylvester Stallone was present at his funeral this past weekend.
The actor presided over the private memorial service at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Brentwood, Los Angeles while wearing sunglasses.
Sylvester and his current wife, Jennifer Flavin, rode in the hearse to the cemetery in Westwood Village. Sage’s mom, Sasha Czack, and little bro, Frank, were also there.
From across the street, the actor’s devoted fans waved signs bearing images of him and his son in a show of support.
Sage’s body was discovered in his house, surrounded by empty medicine bottles. Earlier today, Sylvester Stallone issued a statement in which he said: “There is no greater sorrow than the loss of a child. We shall always mourn this devastating loss.”

‘Beautiful Ladies of Wrestling’ was where young Sage Stallone made his acting debut. The fifth installment of the ‘Rocky‘ film series, released in 1990, marked his big-screen debut. He made an appearance in the 1993 film The Evil Within Me. In the film Daylight, released three years after Stallone’s portrayal of Vincent, Stallone played the role of Vincent. In 1997, he was featured in “The Manson Family” as one of the voice actors.
He and Bob Murawski created the company Grindhouse Releasing during this period. Following that, Stallone starred in and directed the movies Reflections of Evil and Chaos. 2005 saw him helming and co-producing the film Alan Yates. The following year, he participated in the film Moscow Zero and directed a short film titled Vic.
In the film that followed, “Oliviero Rising,” the American actor played Dr. Stephens. The following year, in 2010, he starred in “Promises Written in Water” as The Mafia Boss. The same year, in ‘The Agent,’ he acted for the last time in a film.

His formal education began at Montclair College Preparatory School, from which he ultimately earned his high school diploma in 1993. Subsequently, in 1994, he continued his film studies at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

The body of the American actor was discovered at his Los Angeles home on July 13, 2012. The autopsy and toxicology results all pointed to coronary artery disease as the cause of death. It has also been said that Stallone was engaged to be married when he passed away.
