News anchor for the ABC television network and a native New Yorker, David Jason Muir, was born on November 8th, 1973. He co-anchors the news magazine 20/20 on ABC and hosts World News Tonight.
Muir was an integral part of the show as the weekend anchor and primary backup anchor for ABC’s World News Tonight before Diane Sawyer took over on September 1, 2014. ABC’s David Muir Receives A Reprimand From Vice President Biden, Who Says, “You Are A Good Lawyer”
President Biden got a little angry with ABC’s David Muir about the categorised paperwork scandal dragging down his presidency.
In an interview that aired on Friday’s “World News Tonight,” Muir began the conversation by quoting Biden’s comments criticising former President Trump last year after the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to get presidential records he refused to give to the National Archives.
On the time, Biden expressed concern that Trump’s categorized paperwork could have revealed “sources and strategies.”
“Are you able to guarantee the American folks that not one of the paperwork found in your storage or your {old} workplace compromised sources or strategies or U.S. intelligence?” Muir requested.
“I have been suggested by the counsel – let the Justice Division make that call to not attempt to alter the case in any method,” Biden responded. “There have been only a few paperwork which have been confiscated, present in my possession… which means in my dwelling, all of the stuff that was moved out of my Senate workplace through the years, I am informed are a few issues that have been from 1973 or 74, paperwork have been marked categorized. I do not know of something, possibly, I do not know if something that’s marked prefer it was high secret, extremely categorized, and so on. However I’m informed to not touch upon that as a result of I do not even know what they confiscated.”
