What Is Oshi No Ko About?
Oshi no Ko is an isekai drama with a cult following among manga fans, based on the pop idol manga by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari.
Pop star Ai Hoshino, only 16 years old, has a devoted following. She’s stunningly lovely and extraordinarily gifted, the epitome of a virginal ideal.
However, not everything is as it seems. A gynecologist and an avid supporter of Ai, Gorou Amemiya is an interesting character.
Shockingly, a pregnant Ai presents herself to him at his hospital. The idol will arrive safely, he says.
Sadly, Gorou meets a mysterious person and meets his end. He opens his eyes to find himself resting in the arms of his hero.
When Gorou meets Ai’s newborn son, Aquamarine Hoshino, he discovers that he has been reincarnated as a human being. More so, he learns that being a pop idol is not an easy job at all.
The world of pop idols is one where talent alone is no guarantee of success.
What can Aquamarine do to make his mom happy? Along his way, he picks up an unanticipated companion.
Release Date For The Anime “Oshi No Ko”
The premiere of the Oshi no Ko anime series has been slated for April of 2023. Though, as of yet, there is no confirmed premiere date for Episode 1 of Oshi no Ko.

As far as we can tell, the pilot episode will air for 90 minutes.
Beginning on March 17, 2023, the first episode of Oshi no Ko will be shown in sneak previews at theatres across Japan.
